I also chatted to the Etherington Brothers, creators of Monkey Nuts who have worked for The Dandy, Dreamworks comics, Star Wars, The Guardian and Times amongst many others. They seem to be pretty busy!

Also met one of my major inspirers in comics, Hunt Emerson, who along with his publisher, Knockabout, are producing some truly amazing and beautiful books.

Doxi hooks up with the Guru at last as well as Skuttler the Duck his new co-pilot, in adventure and danger. Plenty of twists and turns in this second episode as Doxi encounters Zep-Pirates, the Fortress of Lost Dreams and his alter ego. Comic strip adventure for children aged 8 plus.

Part 3 will take  a while longer to get out there as it needs to be coloured but I’m keen to get it done. The sooner it’s finished the sooner I can get the whole story collected and made available in print as well as other ebook platforms such as the Apple iPad, Barnes and Noble Nook reader and Kobo.

Doxi in Ambienceworld is also available on the French, German, Spanish and Italian Amazon Kindle. If all goes well I would hope to have French and Spanish versions on the horizon as well.

This first book of three shows how Doxi is enlisted to help Huloo, a disciple to the Guru of Ambienceworld, where storm clouds are gathering. Doxi must help the Guru restore peace but will encounter many friends and enemies on the way. This comic strip adventure story is suitable for most ages, especially children aged 8 plus.
